Once I went through menopause, sleep eluded me on most nights. I tried a lot of different things: prescription drugs, melatonin, and meditation (to name a few). Nothing worked for long, and I often woke up drowsy the next day. The Tipsy gummies are the perfect remedy for my sleepless nights. I often wake in the night to use the bathroom and then my brain starts going and I can't settle it enough to get back to sleep. I take a dropper of this and without *feeling* anything, my brain just subtly relaxes and I am back asleep. No weird effects when I wake up for the day, regardless if I take it at midnight or 4am. I also use this in the day if I find myself getting disregulated. Works wonders!
These Daily Microbiome Defense are a great way to combine my need for nutritious probiotics, prebiotics, and cranberry to support my vaginal health! These pills are a bit larger than the CBD softgels and do not always swallow easily though.
Not sure if I have been using them for too long, but feeling they are less effective. Also wish there was an option without all the added sugar.

I take these daily and have seen a huge difference in my system.. This little lady packs a punch with probiotics and cranberry. If I get a lull in between subscriptions, I definitely notice a difference. Can't live without it.
