  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Daily Nutri-Greens
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, honey, melted coconut oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, Daily Nutri-Greens, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
