a game changer for stress and sleep

This has been VERY helpful to me for stress/nighttime sleep. I have recommended these to so many of my friends. I am glad I found these on instagram. I don’t usually write reviews, but it was important enough to me to review these.

Best night's sleep in a long time!

Once I went through menopause, sleep eluded me on most nights. I tried a lot of different things: prescription drugs, melatonin, and meditation (to name a few).
