How to Use

For a routine to unwind and destress:

Stress Gummies 

  • Start with 1 and increase to 2 as necessary.
  • Chew thoroughly for faster onset, or chew less for a more extended release.
  • If taken after 2pm, monitor effects on sleep as ingredients like Cordyceps may be energizing.*

  • Peel it, set it, and forget it. Patches are most effective when applied to your vein-y parts (we prefer the inner forearm). May be worn for up to 12 hours.
