Clinical studies surrounding full-spectrum CBD and micro doses are insufficient to make definitive claims about this. However, some physicians with cannabis backgrounds propose that the human body can more effectively respond to lower doses when using a hemp extract containing the full range of the plant’s compounds.
Keep in mind what is considered a small dose changes from person to person since everyone is different. A low dose for one person may be 2.5mg of CBD, while a low dose for their friend may be 10mg of CBD.
