    The Rapid Sleep Melts work great for me in conjunction with the Sleep Gummies to help me fall asleep and, in turn, get a good night's sleep. Sometimes, only 1/2 of a sleep melt is all I need to wind down and fall asleep.

    Rapid Sleep Melts Work

    Very happy to have these because they are, as the name specifies, fast acting, so I can take them when I wake in the night or early morning hours and most of the time get back to sleep. Generally do not feel groggy either. They taste good and dissolve quickly. The ingredients are natural, healthy substances, so virtually no side-effects either. This is the second time I've purchased this product, and I highly recommend it.

    Improvement in sleep
