Are Equilibria's hemp products legal?
Yes, all Equilibria products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Our products contain natural, hemp-derived compounds from cannabis plants with less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Both our full-spectrum CBD and our low-dose THC products meet this federal hemp standard and are third-party tested for compliance with every batch.
While both hemp and marijuana are types of cannabis, hemp contains very low THC levels (under 0.3%) and is federally legal, whereas marijuana contains higher THC concentrations and is regulated at the state level.
