The Calm & De-Stress Kit

For consistent daily stress:

• Morning or Afternoon: 1 Daily Softgel (10mg) with a meal or snack for long-lasting stress support
• Set healthy boundaries by empowering yourself to say no to situations and people that lead to overwhelm and overcommitment
• Afternoon: 1 Daily Softgel (10mg) with lunch or afternoon snack for long-lasting stress support
• Use the 4-7-8 deep breathing technique — breathe in through your nose to the count of four, hold the breath to the count of seven, and exhale through your mouth to the count of eight
• As-needed: 1 Rapid Calming Melt (5mg) for moments of heightened stress

For stress that comes and goes:

• Morning: 1 Daily Softgel (10mg) with breakfast for long-lasting stress support
• Practice tapping, or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) on specific meridian points while stating affirmations or acknowledging and accepting negative emotions to release them
• Limit or avoid “doom scrolling” or excessive consumption of negative news to reduce feelings of helplessness and overwhelm
• As-needed: 1 Rapid Calming Melt (5mg) for moments of heightened stress
• Build up resistance to stress through solid wellness habits and routines such as clean eating, restorative sleep, proper hydration, and exercise

For nighttime stress support and a good night’s rest:

• Evening: 1 Daily Softgel (10mg) with a healthy fat 1-3 hours before bed for help falling asleep and staying asleep
• Ground yourself daily by spending at least 30 minutes having your bare feet come into direct contact with the earth, whether that’s soil, grass, or sand
• Before turning out the lights, grab your journal and reflect on your day by writing down three to four things that went well
