How to Use
  • Use the measured pipette to withdraw the oil from the bottle and dispense it under your tongue. The goal is to absorb as much of the oil as possible!

I’ve been using a dropper full at night for a few years now and it works wonders. No need for sleeping pills, melatonin, etc. Helps me fall asleep easily and stay asleep!

Love my drops!
