Good morning, I’m very happy with this products and it really helps with my knee pain. The only complain is that my last shipments I noticed that the formula is not the same. It is more dry than before because when I put it on it get into small lumps and it not that smooth or oily enough.

In fact, natural ingredients, like shea butter and oleic acid in shea butter can sometimes lead to texture variations. If your balm ever feels lumpy, you can melt and recool it in the fridge to restore the smooth consistency.
