I absolutely LOVE these gummies. It's the first thing that has really helped my sleep. I can actually cut one in 1/2 and it works very well. Restful, peaceful, uninterrupted sleep.

These nightly sleep gummies are great! What I like most is that don't have melatonin. I take 2 each night and typically have a full nights sleep. Even if I wake in the night. I still am able to get back to sleep without difficulty.
