Very happy with cbd oil

I often wake in the night to use the bathroom and then my brain starts going and I can't settle it enough to get back to sleep. I take a dropper of this and without *feeling* anything, my brain just subtly relaxes and I am back asleep. No weird effects when I wake up for the day, regardless if I take it at midnight or 4am. I also use this in the day if I find myself getting disregulated. Works wonders!

These are so helpful in falling asleep quickly instead of mind racing

I’ve been using a dropper full at night for a few years now and it works wonders. No need for sleeping pills, melatonin, etc. Helps me fall asleep easily and stay asleep!
I also use it before a massage or yin yoga class for ultimate relaxation :)
