The Relief & Recovery Kit

For persistent, daily discomfort:

• Morning: 1 Daily Softgel (25mg) with breakfast or a healthy fat for long-lasting relief from discomfort
• Avoid sitting, standing, or working in unbalanced postures, such as crossing your legs while you sit or shifting your weight to one foot as you stand
• Set a timer to get up and move or stretch every 20-30 minutes
• As-needed: Apply Recovery Roll-On to areas of soreness, reapply as often as needed*
• Before falling asleep, use visualization to create a mental image of a peaceful or serene setting, such as a beach or a forest, and focus on clearly seeing the details of the scenery

For discomfort that comes and goes:

• Manage stress through mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or progressive muscle relaxation
• Morning: 1 Daily Softgel (25mg) with breakfast or a healthy fat for long-lasting relief from discomfort
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day — staying hydrated has been shown to improve muscle and joint health
• As-needed: Apply Recovery Roll-on or to areas of soreness, reapply as often as needed*
• Use a heating pad or an ice pack on areas of soreness, or do some light stretching in order to reduce tension and ease discomfort

For relief of discomfort and help improving sleep:

• Step outside and get sunlight within an hour of waking up to help set your circadian rhythm
• As-needed: Apply Recovery Roll-On to areas of soreness, reapply as often as needed*
• Harness the therapeutic benefits of music by dancing or simply listening to music to support physical and emotional wellbeing
• Night: 1 Daily Softgel (25mg) with a healthy fat 1-3 hours before bed for help falling asleep and staying asleep
• Practice progressive muscle relaxation to help you fall asleep: start by relaxing all the muscles in your face, and gradually move downward and focus on relaxing the other regions of your body
