Packaging was good easy to use was good but I don’t think for me I’m five to weigh 110 pounds female 66. I don’t think it’s strong enough for me but it was OK but I don’t know why would go out of my way to buy it again unless unless it was a little bit stronger unless I had to use double dosage which I don’t wanna do that so all in all I’d take a good product. It just needs to be sold more or less that it’ll calm you down but you know you might not feel too much of anything. That’s my honest opinion and I’m gonna stick with it..
