    Great sleep aid

    The Rapid Sleep Melts work great for me in conjunction with the Sleep Gummies to help me fall asleep and, in turn, get a good night's sleep. Sometimes, only 1/2 of a sleep melt is all I need to wind down and fall asleep.

    Rapid Sleep Melts Work

    Very happy to have these because they are, as the name specifies, fast acting, so I can take them when I wake in the night or early morning hours and most of the time get back to sleep. Generally do not feel groggy either. They taste good and dissolve quickly. The ingredients are natural, healthy substances, so virtually no side-effects either. This is the second time I've purchased this product, and I highly recommend it.

    Improvement in sleep

    As an adult I’ve struggled with quality sleep. Falling asleep hasn’t been difficult but waking up and getting back to sleep has been a struggle. When this happens in the middle of the night, I find taking a rapid sleep melt helps to calm a racing or anxious mind to help me drift back to sleep.

    Sleep with 15 minutes! Well, I really love the Gummies after using them for many years, having all that sugar around my teeth was a little concerning as I didn’t want to brush my teeth again after chewing them up and lose the fragments or elements of the sleep mixture. So these quick melts under my tongue are really good solution.
